By accessing or using the Zrido mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kalmbyte Pvt. Ltd. ("Zrido", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Noida.
To use the Zrido Platform, you must:
Zrido provides a technology platform that connects riders seeking transportation with independent third-party transportation providers ("Drivers"). Zrido does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier. All transportation services are provided by independent Drivers who are not employed by Zrido.
To use the Platform, you must register and maintain an active personal user account ("Account"). You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
You may only possess one Account. Zrido reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that are duplicated or that contain inaccurate information.
When you request a ride through the Platform, Zrido will attempt to match you with an available Driver. Matching is based on proximity, vehicle type, and other factors. Zrido does not guarantee that a Driver will be available for every request.
Fares are calculated based on distance traveled and the vehicle category selected. The estimated fare is displayed before you confirm a ride. Actual fares may vary based on the actual route taken. You agree to pay the fare displayed at the end of the ride.
You may cancel a ride request at any time before the Driver arrives at the pickup location. Cancellation charges may apply if the Driver has already traveled a significant distance toward the pickup point. The applicable cancellation policy is displayed in the app.
As a rider, you agree to:
Drivers using the Zrido Platform are independent contractors, not employees. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Zrido and any Driver.
Zrido does not charge Drivers any commission on ride fares. Drivers retain 100% of the fare paid by riders for each ride completed through the Platform.
To be eligible to drive on the Zrido Platform, you must:
Drivers agree to maintain their vehicles in safe operating condition, follow all traffic laws, treat riders with respect, and comply with all applicable regulations.
Riders may pay for rides using payment methods accepted on the Platform, including UPI, credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash. All digital payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Zrido does not store your payment card details.
After each ride, both riders and drivers may rate and review each other. Ratings must be honest and fair. Zrido reserves the right to remove ratings that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
The Zrido name, logo, app design, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are the exclusive property of Kalmbyte Pvt. Ltd. You may not use, copy, or distribute any Zrido intellectual property without prior written consent.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zrido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Zrido's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zrido in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zrido, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Noida, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Zrido reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
