Zrido is a technology platform that connects riders with independent driver partners for transportation services. Zrido does not sell or ship physical goods through its website or mobile applications.
All services offered by Zrido are delivered digitally through the Zrido platform, including app access, ride booking confirmations, driver matching, trip status updates, support communication, and digital receipts.
No Physical Shipping
Because Zrido provides ride-hailing and related digital platform services, no physical shipment, courier dispatch, or parcel delivery is applicable for standard Zrido transactions.
- No physical product is shipped to riders or drivers.
- No shipping fee is charged for using the Zrido platform.
- No courier tracking number is generated for ride bookings or digital services.
- Any ride fare, cancellation fee, subscription, onboarding charge, or service fee is related to platform usage and transportation services, not physical delivery.
How Services Are Delivered
Zrido services are delivered through the website, mobile app, SMS, phone, email, push notifications, and in-app notifications, depending on the feature used.

Fulfilment Timelines
For ride bookings, fulfilment begins when a rider places a request and an available driver partner accepts the trip. Pickup and drop timelines depend on driver availability, traffic, route conditions, weather, local restrictions, and other real-world factors.
Estimated time of arrival (ETA), estimated fare, and trip duration shown in the app are indicative and may change due to operational conditions outside Zrido's control.
Service Availability
Zrido services are available only in supported cities, zones, and service categories. Availability may vary by time, vehicle type, driver partner supply, demand, maintenance, safety requirements, or legal restrictions.
If no driver partner is available for a ride request, the app may ask the rider to retry later, choose another vehicle category, or cancel the request without charge where applicable.
Receipts, Invoices, and Booking Records
After a completed digital payment or completed ride, Zrido may provide a digital receipt or trip record in the app and/or by email. For GST invoices or billing requests, contact billing@zrido.com with your trip ID, registered mobile number, and payment reference.
Digital receipts are not couriered physically. Users are responsible for ensuring their registered email address and mobile number are accurate.
Failed or Delayed Service Delivery
A service may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable due to technical issues, internet connectivity, payment gateway failures, driver unavailability, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, safety issues, or force majeure events.
If a payment is debited but booking is not confirmed, or a paid service is not delivered, users should raise a support request through the app or email support@zrido.com. Verified eligible refunds are processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations and Refunds
Ride cancellations, payment failures, wallet credits, fare disputes, and refund timelines are governed by Zrido's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because there is no physical shipment, refund eligibility is determined by the status of the digital booking, payment transaction, ride fulfilment, and the applicable cancellation rules.
